Shipping information for BOKAY's:

Your BOKAY will arrive in a secure flower box to your recipient's doorstep on the date you select for delivery. We ship using FedEx and UPS Overnight for maximum freshness. However, we highly recommend scheduling your delivery date one day earlier if you want your flowers for a specific day in the rare case of any shipping delays from carriers. 

Your arrangement will include your card message (if you provide one), care instructions, and more! Some of our farm-fresh flowers may arrive in bud form for longevity and may need a few days to bloom. 

To track your order, make sure to enter the email you want to receive shipping updates in the 'Email or mobile phone number field' on the Contact Information page during checkout. 

Shipping information for chocolates:

Your gift will arrive in a box to your doorstep from USPS or UPS. Please note that this item requires a few extra days to process and ships directly from the chocolatier, so the delivery date you select is not guaranteed and the item may arrive a 1 or 2 days earlier or later.

Your gift will include your card message (if you provide one) and more! You can track your order too! Make sure during checkout that you enter the email you want to receive shipping updates in the 'Email or mobile phone number field' on the Contact Information page.
